Shipping policy

All items purchased online can be either collected in store or sent via express delivery.

The cost to return items returned within the 14 day cooling off period are the responsibility of the customer. For faulty items returned withing 30 days of purchase, please contact us at enquiries@dobledirect.co.uk or 020 8668 8851 (option 5) to start the returns process.
