Shipping policy

All items purchased online are sent via express delivery. Orders over £90 are shipped at no cost (excluding Islands, Highlands and Northern Ireland which are offered at a discounted rate). Orders less than £90 are chargeable.

The cost to return items returned within the 14 day cooling off period are the responsibility of the customer. For faulty items returned withing 30 days of purchase, please contact us at enquiries@dobledirect.co.uk or 020 8668 8851 (option 5) to start the returns process.
