The Hyde XT Stretch Drystar®XF Pants are engineered for the heavy off-road and/or dual sport side of the adventure touring category. Featuring a waterproof and extremely lightweight four-way stretch, seam-taped, monolayer outer shell main construction, the Hyde XT Drystar®XF Pants are reinforced with ripstop nylon on the seat and on the primary exposed areas for high levels of durability. As its name would suggest, the Hyde XT has a laminated Drystar®XF (XF for extra flow) waterproof and highly breathable membrane for excellent wet weather performance, making it the perfect lightweight, all-weather pant for rugged adventure riding.

Laminated, breathable, and waterproof Drystar®XF membrane makes the pants super compact and keeps them very lightweight when riding in wet weather, as the Drystar®XF membrane prevents the pants from getting waterlogged and heavy, and prevents windchill, all while simultaneously allowing the fabric to breathe.
Drystar®XF
- Drystar XF®, which stands for Extra Flow, takes the Alpinestars innovative Drystar® membrane to the next level and delivers 50% more breathability performance in dry conditions compared to a standard Drystar® membrane.
- Drystar XF® is also 3x more waterproof, achieving a water column test limit of >15,000mm and in some circumstances, with certain constructions, it achieved 20,000mm. Waterproofing of that level will keep riders dry in heavy downpours and generally tough conditions.
- Diagonal zippered, ventilation ports on thighs provide cooling ventilation and breathability, as inner hook and loop system keeps ports open to ensure continuous airflow.
- Strong, ripstop nylon reinforcements on seat, knees, and exposed areas for enhanced durability and abrasion resistance.

- Stretch inserts on the back of the waist, behind the knees, on the sides of the waistband, and a stretch crotch gusset panel area for perfect freedom of movement and optimal rider comfort.
- Anti-abrasion reinforced knee and synthetic leather inner knee for better connection and contact with the bike while riding.
- Ergonomic, zippered waterproof cargo pockets for safe and secure storage of valuables.
