The HJC i71 SMART takes the popular i71 Sport-Touring helmet and pairs it with the SMART HJC 11B Bluetooth communication system, giving riders a sleek, aerodynamic helmet with integrated connectivity for the road ahead.

Built around a new, streamlined shell design, the i71 uses an Advanced Polycarbonate Composite Shell engineered to deliver a lightweight feel, enhanced comfort and an optimized fit. Three shell sizes cover six available helmet sizes, helping HJC balance weight, fit and comfort across the range.

Ventilation is equally well considered. HJC's Advanced Channeling Ventilation System (ACS) uses the rearranged top vent and enlarged mouth vents to increase airflow through the helmet, helping flush heat and humidity away from the rider for improved comfort on longer journeys.

Smart Connectivity, Seamlessly Integrated

The i71 is designed to accept HJC's second-generation SMART HJC Bluetooth communication systems, and this SMART package includes the SMART HJC 11B.

Co-developed with SENA specifically for HJC helmets, the SMART HJC 11B is designed around an all-in-one, helmet-integrated installation. The result is clean integration that helps preserve the helmet's weight balance and aerodynamic performance while putting communication, entertainment and rider-to-rider connectivity within easy reach.

New HJ-38 Visor & Push-Release Lock

The i71 features the new HJ-38 Pinlock-ready face shield, providing 99% UV protection and an anti-scratch coating. Its redesigned ratchet system allows quick and simple shield operation, while the new push-and-release visor lock provides an added level of security without sacrificing ease of use — even when wearing gloves.

A Pinlock 70 DKS466 insert is included, helping provide improved anti-fog performance in changing riding conditions.

Adjustable HJ-V12 Sun Visor

For changing light conditions, the i71 features the new HJ-V12 integrated sun visor with a three-position adjustment system. The visor can be moved forward by up to 10mm, allowing riders to fine-tune its position for their individual face shape and preferred level of sun protection.

The smoke-tinted sun visor is installed as standard and features an anti-fog coating.

Designed for Everyday Riding

Inside, the i71 combines comfort with practicality. The moisture-wicking, quick-drying interior helps keep the rider comfortable, while the crown and cheek pads are fully removable and washable for easier maintenance.

A micro buckle provides quick and convenient fastening with adjustable positioning.

The HJC i71 SMART is ECE 22.06 approved and meets the latest requirements for energy attenuation, penetration resistance, chin strap structural integrity and helmet labelling for on-road motorcycle use. The helmet is also ACU approved.
